At Fine Designs, we take pride in offering personalized and customized merchandise that celebrates your unique NAIA experience. Due to the nature of customization, all sales are final. This means that personalized and customized items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues—such as printing errors, faulty seams, or holes—we will gladly exchange the item for you. To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of your order date.

How to Request an Exchange

If you need to exchange a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or use your Order Number.
